Atiq Ahmed News: The shooters of Uttar Pradesh’s famous Atiq Ahmed case and Ashraf murder case have been shifted from Pratapgarh to another jail. All three shooters have been sent from Pratapgarh to Chitrakoot jail. Amidst tight security arrangements, all three shooters were shifted from Pratapgarh to Chitrakoot jail. According to the information received, the jail has been changed on the basis of administrative decision. Due to security reasons, these three accused have been transferred to Chitrakoot jail.

Yesterday, on 17th November, the virtual appearance of these shooters took place in the sessions court of Prayagraj through video conferencing. Mafia brothers were murdered on 15 April. Shooter Lovelesh Tiwari, Arun Maurya and Sunny Singh were arrested from the spot.

All three shooters had gathered in Chitrakoot

Before carrying out the incident, all three shooters had gathered in Chitrakoot. A video of these three shooters being present at the incident spot and firing was also revealed. Mafia Mukhtar Ansari’s son and SubhaSP MLA Abbas Ansari has also been lodged in Chitrakoot jail for a long time. Charges have not yet been framed against the arrested shooters Lovelesh Arun and Sunny. In the case of charge framing, the Sessions Court of Prayagraj will hold the next hearing on December 4.

The jail shifting process was done in a confidential manner. All three shooters were sent to Chitrakoot jail together. All three shooters are kept in the high security barrack in Chitrakoot jail. An investigation commission has also been formed in the murder case of Atiq and Ashraf, which had recently visited Prayagraj and interrogated the accused. A few days before the murder of Atiq and Ashraf, his son was also killed in a police encounter.
