Semolina 500 grams, Maida 200 grams, Jaggery 500 grams, Almonds 300 grams, Ghee 1 tablespoon, Milk 1 cup, Saffron 1 teaspoon, Pistachios 100 grams, Cashews 5-6, Green cardamom 50 grams.
First of all, place a pan on the gas and let it heat. When the pan gets hot, add ghee, flour and semolina and fry. When the aroma starts coming from both, turn off the gas and take the pan down and let it cool. Now put a pan on the gas and add one liter water in it and heat it. When the water becomes hot, add jaggery in it and let it cook. Cook it until it becomes a syrup.
Add flour and semolina to it and mix well. Keep in mind that the gas flame should be kept low. Now heat the ghee and pour in the syrup little by little and keep stirring with a ladle. When all the ghee is mixed, the halwa will become thick. When the ghee starts leaving, add almonds, pistachios, raisins, cashews on top. Now take the mixture down and spread it in a plate. Apply ghee in a pan or tray and pour this mixture in it. When it cools down, cut it into pieces. Cut it. As soon as it cools down, take out its pieces and serve it.
