Bollywood’s desi girl Priyanka Chopra has made a big property deal in Mumbai. He has sold his two penthouses in Mumbai’s posh Andheri West area. According to a report, property website Zapkey.com has informed that this penthouse located in Andheri area has a total area of 2,292 square feet. Let us tell you that this deal was done in the month of October.
How many crores deal?
According to information provided by Zapkey.com, the total cost of these two penthouses is crores of rupees. The first penthouse is spread over a total area of 860 square feet and is priced at Rs 2.25 crore. The second penthouse is in 1,432 sq ft and totals Rs. 3.75 crores deal has been done. As for the stamp duty of both the penthouses, the total amount is Rs 36 lakh.
Who bought the penthouse?
Priyanka Chopra’s penthouse has been bought by Bollywood director and producer Abhishek Chaubey. Earlier, actor Ranveer Singh also bagged a big property deal in Mumbai last week. He sold his two apartments in Goregaon area of Mumbai. The price of both of these is 15.25 crore rupees. Both these flats are part of Oberoi Exclusive, a project by Oberoi Realty. In this whole deal Rs. 45.75 lakhs has been given as stamp duty.
