OnePlus 11 5G will start receiving OxygenOS 14 stable update based on Android 14 in India. Under this new update, aquamorphic design, aquamorphic-themed ringtone, file dock feature and smart cutout have been introduced. This update makes photo and video permission management more secure than ever. OnePlus 11 was launched in India in February this year. It is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
According to an official post on OnePlus forums, the company has started rolling out the stable Android 14 update for the OnePlus 11 5G handset in India. Users in India are receiving the update with firmware version CPH2447_14.0.0.201 (EX01).
OxygenOS 14 based on Android 14 offers an aquamorphic design with Fluid Cloud. Along with this, cross-device support is also provided. With this, users check the connection of the device on their account. OnePlus has improved the system notification sounds and also added an aquamorphic-themed ringtone in the update.
The OxygenOS 14 update for the OnePlus 11 5G will also bring a new File Dock that lets users drag and drop content between apps and devices. Content extraction function service can recognize text and photos on the screen. It also has a smart cutout feature through which many subjects in the photo can be separated from the background for copying or sharing.
Under this update, more widgets will be made available in the shelf. Along with this, carbon tracking always-on display will also be provided. Some users have shared screenshots of the update whose size is 860MB. Handsetes running firmware version CPH2447_13.1.0596(EX01) or CPH2447_13.1.0595(EX01) will be able to receive the OxygenOS 14 update.
