Ingredients for making green chilli chutney
Green chilli – 20 pieces
Garlic cloves – 4 nos.
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Oil- 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Cumin- 1 tsp
Coriander – finely chopped
salt to taste
How to make green chilli chutney
– To make green chilli chutney, wash green chillies, chop them finely and add garlic and sugar.
After this, put the pan on the gas and add oil in it.
When the oil is slightly hot, add garlic and chilli and fry for four minutes.
– After frying garlic and chilli, take it out in a plate and after it cools down, put it in the mixer and make a paste by taking a small piece.
Now put oil in that pan, add mustard seeds and paste. Let the paste heat for some time.
As soon as the paste becomes hot, add lemon juice, salt and finely chopped coriander to it.
Now green chilli chutney is ready.
