Patna: CBI in land in exchange for job scam. 50 employees working in Group D in Railways have been called for questioning. These employees work in Middle Eastern Railway and Nalanda and Ambala divisions. CBI has written a letter to the Senior Divisional Personnel Officer of Ambala Railway Division asking him to allow its 11 regular employees to come for questioning. Recently ED had arrested Amit Katyal. Katyal was arrested on November 11 in a land scam and money laundering case. ED said the company was registered in the name of D-1088 New Friends Colony, New Delhi. This residence is related to Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family.
ED said that this company has taken many lands. This work was done by Lalu Prasad Yadav in return for giving jobs to the people. Many names including Tejashwi Yadav, Misa Yadav were involved in this scam when Lalu Prasad was the Railway Minister. Between 2004 and 2009, ED interrogated many people including Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav in this scam.
