When he did not get cigarettes, he got so angry that he ransacked the shop and opened fire with his pistol and everyone ran away. Although no one was hit by the bullet, the shopkeeper woman was injured by the knife attack.
Actually, Kallu Bind has opened a tea shop at Atal Chowk under Vindhyachal police station area. His wife Gudiya was sitting at the shop at nine o’clock on Friday night. At the same time, a young man came to the shop with some of his friends and started asking for cigarettes. Gudiya said, there is no cigarette. If you want something else, you can take it. The youth became angry when she was not given the cigarette and started beating the woman. They also started vandalizing the shop. Not only this, he attacked the woman with a knife and injured her. Meanwhile, a young man took out a pistol and fired, but the bullet went straight into the shutter of the shop. When people reached the spot due to noise, the accused fled away.
In this regard, Vindhyachal Kotwal Arvind Mishra said on Saturday that there was a fight and stabbing over buying cigarettes. Some youths have also opened fire. However, no one was shot. The woman has been injured by a knife. The injured woman has been admitted to Vindhyachal Community Health Center for treatment. The accused are being searched.
