Khadna-Lohanda, the biggest festival of Bhojpuri, Magahi and Maithili speaking people of Bihar, Jharkhand, Purvanchal, concluded with great enthusiasm on Saturday, the second day of Mahaparva Chhath. Chairman of Chhath Puja Organizing Committee, Satendra Kumar said that on this day, devotees of Chhathvarti start with havan in the evening by preparing raw rice kheer, handmade thick roti and gram dal as Prasad with complete sanctity. . Hundreds of devotees of Chhathvarti today took bath in Chhath Ghat in the courtyard of Saraswati temple and after worshiping, they stood in the well.

To give a spiritual form to the Mahaparva Chhath Puja festival with devotion and religiosity, Madhurim of Chhath Maiya will be held in the premises of Saraswati Devi Temple on 19th November, 23rd from 04:00 pm to 09:00 pm and on 20th November from 5:00 am to 8:00 am. A captivating and beautiful presentation of Devi Jagran and bhajan singing along with songs will be done by the team of famous singers and singers of Bihar.
