Aureya. An auto and a loader collided head-on around 5.30 pm on Saturday evening between Bibipur and Gopalpur on Ruruganj road of Kudarkot police station area in Auraiya, UP. The accident was so severe that the woman traveling in the auto and her one and a half year old daughter died. The sister-in-law of the woman who was staying with her was referred to Saifai after first aid.
Reena, wife of Nilesh (35), resident of village Purva Mulu Sahay of Kudarkot police station area, had gone to her parents’ village Sonnahi in Vedpura police station of Etawah district on the occasion of Bhai Dooj with her one and a half year old daughter Shubhi. On Saturday she left for her in-laws’ house by bus. His sister-in-law Rama, who was working as a nurse in Etawah, and her son Prince also boarded the bus and left for home.
After getting down from the bus at Kudarkot, everyone boarded an auto and left for the village. On the way between Bibipur and Gopalpur, the auto collided head-on with a loader. Reena, Shubhi and Rama were badly injured in the accident. Police reached CHC Bidhuna after getting information and took the injured. Where the family members also reached after receiving the information. The doctor declared Reena and her daughter Shubhi dead. Rama was referred to Saifai after first aid.
CO Ashok Kumar said that the vehicles have been seized. The drivers are being searched. The bodies are being sent for postmortem. A case will be registered after receiving the complaint from the family. Mother and daughter have died in the accident. The second injured woman is undergoing treatment.
