Former Indian all-rounder and head coach Ravi Shastri believes that Team India will be favorites in the 2023 World Cup final to be played against Australia in Ahmedabad on Sunday, November 19.

Shastri talked about how well India has played so far in the tournament, going unbeaten in the league stage and then defeating New Zealand by 70 runs in the semi-finals. He believes that if the host team performs the same way in Ahmedabad as they have done so far, then they can easily win the trophy.

Ravi Shastri believes that the Indian team does not depend on just one or two players to win the match. He believes that there are many players who have come forward and handled the team whenever they were under pressure throughout the tournament. They just need to remain composed and calm, handle and withstand the pressure.
