Jalaun. In Kadaura police station area of the district, an uncle has killed his nephew by hitting him with a shovel. This incident took place late on Friday night. After that the accused fled from the spot. On receiving information, police reached the spot, arrested the accused and started further action.
Sunil Kushwaha, resident of village Daulatpur, had come to the house of his maternal uncle, Bir Singh, resident of Kuan Kheda of police station Kadauraan. Late on Friday night at 11 pm, Sunil and Veer Singh were lying on the cot outside the house. When Sunil was heard screaming at 12 o’clock in the night, the elder daughter came out of the room and saw that her father was attacking brother Sunil with a shovel. When he raised an alarm, the father ran away. When the police was immediately informed about this in the night itself, the police reached the spot and took the bleeding Sunil to the CHC, where the doctors declared him dead. The police took action and arrested Sunil after some time.
In this regard, CO Devendra Pachauri said that accused uncle Bir Singh suspected that his wife was having an illicit relationship with his nephew Sunil. There were many disputes between the two regarding this. Police have registered a case of murder against father Bir Singh on the complaint of daughter Pinky. The accused had absconded after the murder, he has been arrested and further action is being taken.
