Boiled rice-1 cup
Green peas-3 tbsp
Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder -1/4
Roasted cashews – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste-1 tsp
Rice bran oil – 2 teaspoons
Coriander powder -1/2
Salt – enough
How to make masala rice..
All vegetables should be cut and kept.
First of all, chop all the vegetables like onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, green beans. Keep them aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Now let the cumin, asparagus and avocado boil for a minute. Now add onion, ginger and garlic paste and mix. After a minute add chopped tomatoes and salt. Fry until oil floats to the top.
Now add carrots, capsicum, peas, beans, turmeric, chilli and coriander powder and mix well. Mix all this well and cook the vegetables.
Now finally add cooked rice and mix. These should be mixed slowly. Then add garam masala powder. Be careful not to break the rice. Now cover and cook for 2 minutes. After that it is enough to garnish with fried cashews.
