Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is now going to make a big law on Halal products. Yogi government may soon ban the sale of products related to Halal certification. The state government is going to make strict rules regarding Halal certification.
Halal meat will be banned in UP
Let us tell you that an FIR was registered in Hazratganj police station against companies selling products after giving Halal certification. On the complaint of Shailendra Sharma, a case was registered against Jamiat Ulema Hind Halal Trust Delhi, Halal India Private Limited Chennai, Halala Council of India Mumbai and Jamiat Ulema Maharashtra Mumbai and unknown companies selling goods by giving Halal certification.
Uttar Pradesh Govt to look into banning #HalalCertification. This would certainly stop the extortion racket run by Jihadis, bold step towards stopping terror funds.

A case was filed
A case has been registered against the companies under sections 120b, 153a, 298, 384, 420, 467, 468, 471, 505 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been written in the FIR that such type of product markets can be seen across the state which is a sheer violation of public trust. Even Halal certificate is given for the sale of vegetarian products like cosmetic oil, soap, toothpaste, honey etc., whereas no such certificate is required for vegetarian products.
Know what is Halal certificate
Halal certification means that the edible item is pure and prepared under Islamic law. If any haram product is included then that product cannot be considered as halal certified. Like dead animals or animal parts, there is no government body in India which issues certification.
Meat exports will be adversely affected
While Muslims give importance to buying and using Halal food items, Hindu organizations oppose it. They demand Jhatka meat instead of Halal meat in hotels and oppose those selling Halal products. Halal certificate is mandatory for products manufactured in India and exported to Middle East countries. In such a situation, this decision of the government can have far-reaching and adverse effects on exports.
