Education Department news: Irregularities were found in the posting of BPS reinstatement teachers in Bihar. On this, Additional Chief Secretary of the State Education Department, KK Pathak has taken action of condemnation. In this case, this action has been taken against the District Education Officer and DPO of three districts. In fact, more teachers than the prescribed number were deployed in some schools of these districts.
Education Department news: Did not get satisfactory answer to the clarification
Regarding this, an explanation was sought from these officers as to why censure action should not be taken against them. This action has been taken due to lack of satisfactory response by the concerned authorities in this regard. This action has been taken in Siwan, Saran and Samastipur districts.
Education Department news: More teachers have been recruited than the vacant posts.
It was told that more teachers were deployed in the school than the vacant posts. KK Pathak appeared strict on this matter. Maximum amount of Jhol has been found in Samastipur. Here 41 teachers were posted in one school and 33 teachers in another school. Whereas there were not that many vacant posts in these schools. In this case, action was taken against Samastipur DPO Narendra Singh and Education Officer Madan Rai.

Action was taken against Education Officer Kaushal Kishore in Saran district. Action was also taken against DPO Dilip Singh. In Siwan, action has been taken to censure District Officer Mithlesh Kumar, DPO Awadhesh Kumar regarding this matter.

In case of censure taken by the government, promotion is stopped for a certain period. This is considered as a minor punishment.
