Decoction is very beneficial in the winter season. Consuming decoction can help in avoiding cold and flu and strengthening the immunity. To make it, take 5 to 6 cloves, a cinnamon stick, a spoon of celery and basil. Add leaves, 5-6 black peppers and a pinch of turmeric in water and when the water reduces to half, filter it and drink it. If you do not like the taste, you can add jaggery or honey in it.

To make celery tea, mix one spoon of celery in a cup of water. Add basil leaves and a pinch of black pepper and boil well. Filter it in a cup and drink it.
