Let us tell you that Sushant Singh Rajput’s father had reportedly filed a petition against the film named ‘Nyay: The Justice’ based on the life and journey of the late actor. The petition was filed against an earlier order of the Delhi High Court, which had refused to ban the streaming of the film.
This order was challenged by the petitioner before a division bench of Justice Yashwant Verma and Justice Dharmesh Sharma. After this, the court issued a notice and sought answers from the film makers. During the hearing on Thursday, the lawyer appearing for the late actor’s father told the court that the order states that the father has his own right to privacy, but the same has not been considered. The counsel told the court that notices were sent to other respondents in the case through online medium as their exact details were not available.
