Faridabad. The body of a newborn girl was found in a pressure cooker container in the bushes of Greenbelt near Bihari Market of Greater Faridabad on Saturday afternoon.
Someone had opened the box thinking there was some stuff inside it. Seeing the dead body of the newborn inside, informed the police. Khedipul police station kept the body in Badshah Khan Hospital and registered a case against unknown people. Police are speculating that the newborn was thrown here because she was a girl.
A young man jumped from the roof of a three-storey house near SGM Nagar Raja Chowk. He died on the spot. The name of the young man is Suraj. She had a love marriage about one and a half years ago.
They also have a two month old daughter. The young man’s parents live separately. Suraj came to his parents’ house on Saturday afternoon. The parents were not at home during that time. People nearby told that two women were standing near the young man in the street.
During this, he climbed onto the roof of the third floor of the house and jumped. SI Pankaj from SGM Nagar police station said that no one has given any complaint in this matter yet. The case is being investigated. Post mortem of the body will be conducted on Sunday.
