Telangana Election 2023: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader K. Kavitha fainted while campaigning in Itikyal, Telangana on Saturday (18 November). She was campaigning for her party’s candidate before the voting for the upcoming assembly elections.
This incident occurred when Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao’s daughter K. Kavita was addressing her supporters through a microphone from an open-top vehicle. As soon as she turned after addressing the people, she collapsed there.
Kavita’s team has issued a statement regarding the incident. It has been said that his health had deteriorated due to dehydration and after some time the campaign was started again. Kavita posted a video after the incident. br />Some time after this incident, Kavita released a video. In this he can be seen sitting on a bed inside a house. In the video, she is talking to a little girl.
While posting the video, she wrote on the social media platform X, “I am absolutely fine. Met this lovely girl and after spending time with her, I am feeling a little more energetic. ‘Phir Se KCR’ campaign will start again soon.”
Voting will be held on November 30
It is noteworthy that in Telangana, which has 119 seats, voting will be held on November 30 and the counting of votes will take place on December 3. The results of the assembly elections held in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Tezzbuzz and Mizoram will also come on the same day. This time there is going to be a triangular contest between BRS, BJP and Congress in Telangana.
In the 2018 elections, BRS had won 88 seats by securing 47.4 percent of the total votes. At the same time, Congress was in second place with only 19 seats
