The survey said that 46.8 per cent people believe that caste discrimination has increased in the last nine years under the BJP rule, while 29.4 per cent people have the opposite opinion.
The survey also pointed out that 18.8 per cent people feel that caste discrimination has increased to a certain extent, while 5 per cent said they could not comment on the issue.
The survey states that 75.6 percent of the Muslim community, 68.5 percent of the Christian community, 53.5 percent of the Scheduled Castes/Dalits and 48.1 percent of the Scheduled Tribes also feel that caste discrimination has increased in the last nine years. Year.
According to the survey, more than 52 percent of youth aged 18 to 24 and those between 25 and 34 believe that caste discrimination has increased in the last nine years, while 21.6 percent of youth aged 18 to 24 and 25 to 34 24.5 percent youth of the class have a different opinion.
Also, 44.6 percent of people aged 45 to 54 feel that caste discrimination has increased in the past nine years. The survey also said that 48.9 percent people in the middle income group and 46.6 percent in the low income group believe that caste discrimination has increased in the last nine years.
On the other hand, 48.2 percent people in rural areas and 43.5 percent people in urban areas believe that caste discrimination has increased in the last nine years.
Also, around 28 per cent NDA supporters believe that caste discrimination has increased under the BJP rule, while 43.2 per cent have a different opinion.
