According to the information received from the Yamuna Authority, today Yamuna Authority officials reached plot number 9 located in Sector 17A of Yamuna Authority.
Here the authorities started demolishing illegal encroachments and illegally built houses and freed 2 acres of land completely from illegal encroachments and occupation. The cost of the encroachment-free land is said to be Rs 19 crore.
Along with this, illegal mining is also being done at places where Yamuna authority’s land is lying vacant, even on this, the officials, showing strictness, stopped the illegal mining near Pocket I of Sector 18 by the security personnel.
