Uttarakhand
Uttarakhand is called Devbhoomi. This state is very famous among tourists not only from religious point of view but also for its natural beauty. Let us inform that the state of Uttaranchal was separated from Uttar Pradesh in 2000. It means ‘Northern Mountain’ and is the zone mountain. Later its name was changed to Uttarakhand which means ‘Northland’.

In 1950, Central Provinces and Berar were merged with Makrai and Chhattisgarh. Which is now known as ‘Tezzbuzz’.
Maharashtra

There are many theories about how Maharashtra originated. It is derived from the Sanskrit word maha meaning great and rashtra meaning great nation. Andhra Pradesh

West Bengal
West Bengal is home to many natural wonders. The state is known for its history, heritage and rich culture. Its name is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘Vanga’. This was followed by many versions like Bangla in Persian, Bangla in Hindi and Bangla in Bengali. The word west was added later when Bengal was partitioned in 1905. Another partition took place in 1947 in which West Bengal became a state of India.
