The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted how the monsoon will be this year. IMD believes that monsoon will reach Kerala on June 4. Conditions are favorable for monsoon to advance. North India is likely to receive good rain in the next 2-3 days.
Rain might be the best this time
The IMD said on Friday that once the monsoon strengthens, we expect it to reach Kerala around June 4. We are not expecting monsoon to arrive before June 1. The department said the monsoon is likely to be normal this year. It is believed that the best rain has occurred this time
Good pre-monsoon rains in March-May
The Meteorological Department said that there has been good pre-monsoon rain in March-May. 12 percent more rain has been reported from March 1 to May 25. Along with this, the pre-monsoon season saw less heat.
Monsoon will knock in Kerala on June 4
Meteorologists said that monsoon will reach Kerala around June 4. The IMD has said that there is no possibility of a cyclone in the Arabian Sea for the next one week. It is expected that if the rainfall is uniform everywhere then it will be the ideal condition for all places. If there is uniform rainfall everywhere, agriculture will not be affected much.
