Haridwar. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami (CM Dhami) participated in the meeting of Kendriya Marg Darshak Mandal organized by Vishwa Hindu Parishad at Kankhal, Haridwar on Friday and inaugurated today’s session by lighting the lamp.
The Chief Minister (CM Dhami) said that religion and culture are constantly being uplifted under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that the dream of many years to build a grand temple of Shri Ram in Ayodhya is now going to come true. A grand and divine temple of Shri Ram is being prepared there. Mahakaleshwar in Ujjain has acquired a divine and grand form. After the formation of the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, the entire appearance of the place has changed. There now more than five lakh devotees can easily perform Jalabhishek by taking holy water from the Ganga.
Chief Minister (CM Dhami) said that the number of devotees in Chardham Yatra is increasing rapidly. In the coming time, the journey to Kedarnath and Hemkund Dham is going to be even easier after the ropeway is made. Like the Chardham Yatra, work is being done in Kumaon under Manaskhand Mandir Mala Mission. The Chief Minister said that the committee constituted for Uniform Civil Code in the state has completed more than 90 percent work, which will submit its report by June 30. He said that a strict law has been made in the state to prevent forced conversions.
