Saharanpur. In Tehsil Sadar, 11 complaints of Revenue Department, 02 of Municipal Corporation, 02 of Development Department, 01 of Irrigation, 02 of Food and Logistics, 01 of Tube Well, 05 of Police Department, 01 of PWD were received in Tehsil Sadar in which total 25 complaints were received. 02 complaints of revenue were resolved on the spot.
District Magistrate Akhilesh Singh, after listening to the problems of the complainants in Tehsil Sadar today, directed the officials that it is the top priority of the Chief Minister to ensure speedy and satisfactory disposal of public grievances.
He said that timely action on revenue promises should be ensured. All the higher officers should mark the resolved complaints in the register after taking feedback from the complainant. Along with this, the signature of the complainant should also be taken at the time of investigation. Make sure to free government lands from illegal encroachers.
Akhilesh Singh said that duty has been imposed to maintain smooth supply of electricity in the district so that the problems of the common people can be solved by coordinating with the higher officials. The power supply system in the district is fine.
Senior Superintendent of Police Vipin Tada instructed the police officers that proper treatment should be given to the complainants and complainants coming to the police stations. Along with this, the complaints received on Tehsil days should be resolved in a quality manner.
On this occasion, Chief Development Officer Vijay Kumar, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sanjeev Manglik, Deputy District Magistrate Sadar Ms. Kinshuk Srivastava, Tehsildar Sadar Vipin Dwivedi and senior officers of the concerned departments were present.
