The Goa government has taken this big decision on government recruitments. Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has announced a new decision. According to this, to get a job in the government departments of the state, it is necessary to have one year of work experience in the private sector.
Why was this decision taken?
CM Pramod Sawant made this announcement during a function in Taleigao, North Goa. He said that now there will be no direct recruitment of fresh candidates in government services. Before applying for government jobs, it will be mandatory for the candidates to have one year of work experience in a private job. This decision will be implemented soon.
Goa CM said that with this kind of practice, the government will be able to get skilled manpower. That is, people who already have work efficiency. By implementing these rules, the recruitment of eligible candidates will be ensured in the vacant posts of Goa Government. For this necessary amendments will be made in the recruitment rules of Goa Government.
Apart from this, Goa CM Pramod Sawant also said that in future government recruitments coming to the state will be done through Staff Selection Commission i.e. Staff Selection Commission (SSC). It will be made mandatory.
